- We cannot 100% guarantee no duplicates will be sent, nor can we take any requests to include matching styles (same or different sizes), or ensure no duplicates (if different sizes are ordered). We will do all we can but duplicates can happen. If you happen to receive duplicates, we're sorry but everything is final sale.
Orders ship within 3-5 business days. Free shipping on orders over $75 (U.S. only). First-class mail arrives in 2-5 days. Ensure your address is correct—reshipping fees apply. Tracking is emailed upon shipment. See “Shipping Protection Claim” for lost or stolen packages pertaining to US Orders.
Canadian shipping is $18 USD. We do try to keep taxes and duties as low as possible; however, you may be responsible for your own country’s taxes and customs fees, if applicable. While most international orders arrive within a couple weeks, shipping time varies by country and can take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery. Not all countries offer continued tracking once your package has left the United States. If you're used to only buying earrings in pairs, it could seem strange that these are sold as singles. Our studs are sold individually to allow mixing and matching in various piercings.
Example: you can buy two for your lobes, or a single for a helix or other cartilage piercing
