Orders ship within 3-5 business days. Free shipping on orders over $75 (U.S. only). First-class mail arrives in 2-5 days. Ensure your address is correct—reshipping fees apply. Tracking is emailed upon shipment. See “Shipping Protection Claim” for lost or stolen packages pertaining to US Orders.
Canadian shipping is $18 USD. We do try to keep taxes and duties as low as possible; however, you may be responsible for your own country’s taxes and customs fees, if applicable. While most international orders arrive within a couple weeks, shipping time varies by country and can take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery. Not all countries offer continued tracking once your package has left the United States.
