To redeem your points, make sure you are logged into your account. Click on the "Rewards" widget on the bottom left of the screen. Select the reward you'd like to redeem, copy, the reward code, and use at checkout.

You can earn points within the 'ways to earn' section of the rewards widget. The social media (Like on Facebook, Follow on Instagram, etc) and birthday earning actions need to be taken by clicking directly on the panel. Points for creating an account (sign up), placing an order, and/or writing a product review will be immediately credited to your account provided that you are logged in and using the same email address as your store's account.

When you redeem a reward, you are exchanging your points for the reward. You may have accidentally redeemed a reward, or you may want to save your points for a larger discount. At this time, we are not able to refund rewards back onto your account and the reward you redeemed must be used.

The most common issue at checkout are customers attempting to use more than one code at once. Currently, you can only use one coupon at checkout. Using multiple coupons is not permitted. But, you can use a coupon with a gift card at checkout.

When you redeem a reward, your points are immediately exchanged for the reward. But, you do not need to use the reward immediately. If you choose not to use the reward, it will be saved in your panel under Your Rewards.

To use a previously redeemed reward, login to your account. Then click Your rewards and select the reward you want to use. Copy and paste the discount code at checkout, or click the Apply code button to apply it to the cart immediately.
