Important policies

Online purchases and studio purchases are through separate systems. We do not handle online order issues or returns in our piercing studios. If you purchase online or have a question about an online order, please email support@getpiercedco.com

All jewelry, piercing, and aftercare sales in the studios are FINAL SALE. No returns, refunds, or exchanges on in-studio or online purchases will be accepted in the studio.

Damaged jewelry purchased in the studio may be brought in and exchanged for the same item only within 14 days with proof of purchase (digital receipt).

We do not cover lost jewelry.

If jewelry comes out of a new piercing and the piercing closes, the client is responsible for repiercing fees (per piercing waiver).

I bought a gift card online. Can I use it in the studio?

Gift cards purchased online can ONLY be used for online purchases. They can not be towards piercings or jewelry in the studio.

We do offer physical gift cards in the studio that can be applied towards services or jewelry in the studio.

Do you use a piercing gun?

Absolutely not! I only use sterile, single-use hollow needles. I have lots of information on why this is the only way you should be pierced on my Instagram: @getpiercedco

Piercing price includes a wide selection of implant-grade titanium jewelry. There are also upgraded options available as well.

Is jewelry included in the price?

Yes. You can choose from a large selection of implant-grade titanium flat back jewelry. There are also options to upgrade to different styles at the time of your appointment.

How many piercings can I get at one appointment?

We don't allow more than 4 piercings per appointment. This is because it will be very difficult for your body to heal more than 4 due to the amount of inflammation that will occur.

We also don't recommend getting cartilage piercings on both ears at the same time UNLESS you are a back sleeper. (If you sleep on a new piercing, you will ruin the angle and it will not heal).

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments must be cancelled with no less than 24 hours notice. No-shows or appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a variable fee based on the appointment booked. Cancellation fees are explained during the booking process. Cancellation fees start at $25, and are charged to the card on file.

Can I get a piercing while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Pregnant: NO

Breastfeeding: YES

I have a lot of health issues. Should I get a piercing?

Always consult with your doctor if you are unsure if you can have a piercing. A piercing is creating a wound in your body, and that wound needs to heal properly or the piercing will fail. As a rule of thumb just remember--healthy bodies heal better. If you have a medical condition that impairs healing, piercing is generally not recommended.
