Great earrings love all your products
Super big bummer, I was super excited for these and I lost one immediately after it fell out on it's own. A bit disappointing due to the price.
This sounds like an issue with the tension bond between the post (back of the earring) and the pin top (decorative piece). Your order should have come with a card that shows these steps. Increasing the bend in the pin will create a tighter fit between the top and the post. Only use very light pressure when adding the bend to the pin. We suggest checking the tension each time you insert your flat back studs.

Great question! 18 gauge is just a tiny bit thicker than 20 gauge—only about the width of a two human hairs (0.2mm). It won’t stretch your piercing or cause any harm, especially if your piercing is healed. It’s totally safe and super common!
If you're used to only buying earrings in pairs, it could seem strange that these are sold as singles. Our studs are sold individually to allow mixing and matching in various piercings.
Example: you can buy two for your lobes, or a single for a helix or other cartilage piercing
